1.Any Unit Owners who order the new AT&T U-Verse Television System, need to instruct the AT&T installer that he must notify our Maintenance Department before any work is done on the outside of their unit.
2. At this time we do not have a schedule for the pruning of trees and shrubs. To be on the safe side, please tag any tree or shrubs you DO NOT WANT PRUNED. John Goselin
